Due to the large volume of the mattress, our mattress is compressed, folded, and packaged. Therefore, it is normal for you to experience wrinkles or slight deformation when receiving the goods. After shipment, the thickness will decrease by 1-3cm, which is a normal phenomenon. It does not affect your future use (if you mind, please choose carefully). You can open the mattress and let it be blown in a well ventilated area, exposed to sunlight, and pat it. During your sleep, the wrinkles will gradually disappear until they disappear.
How to Measure the Thickness of a Mattress Correctly
1. After unpacking the mattress, wait for 5-7 days to restore its thickness (due to compression during packaging, it needs to be slowly restored);
2. Place the mattress horizontally on a flat surface and measure the height of the side with a ruler. The correct mattress thickness is measured from the flat surface to the highest point where the mattress is raised.
